Since you were a teenager, you must have had dreams associated with your wedding. Now that the moment is here, are you going to make your dream come true? Think about some of the finer aspects of choosing between an outdoor and indoor wedding. Both have pros and cons, some of which are listed here.

An indoor wedding – pros and cons

An indoor wedding is great because you are protected from external elements. Rain and snow cannot dampen the mood while you are well protected indoors. Also, the air conditioning keeps you warm in the winters and cool in the summers. All-in-all, you will be very comfortable as long as you are indoors.

Also, indoor event areas can serve as both the ceremony as well as the reception venue. If the venue providers are offering the catering service as well, you can bargain and get things done at much lower prices. The problem is, indoor spaces generally have rules. Before you make a deal, find out what is allowed, and what is not.

An outdoor wedding – pros and cons

If your wedding venue is a scenic place like a vineyard, park or beach, you hardly have to work on decorations. Natural surroundings will make the event spectacular. All you have to do is touch it up a little bit and work on lighting.

Additionally, outdoor spaces are family-friendly. It is far easier to handle children when they have open space to explore. They may get restless indoors. Once again, you will have to keep an eye out for the weather.
